Registered Behavior Technician - RBT/BT - Full-Time

Full-time BT/RBT role serving Lancaster and nearby areas. Credential-tier starting pay: BT $22.25/hour; RBT $24.60/hour. Final compensation depends on experience, training and education. Requires high school diploma/GED, 6+ months relevant experience, reliable transport, background/drug/driving checks, and availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays. BTs complete40hours paid training over2weeks at same pay rate and passRBTexam within45days. RBTs have1week paid training; training availabilityMonday-Friday9am-5:30pm. ABA therapy may be in homes, schools, communities or clinics.
