Hourly pay tiers: $13.00/hour for non-billable training/admin; $13.00/hour for billable BT hours after training before RBT certification; $24-$26/hour for certified RBT billable hours. $200 bonus for active RBT certification at hire. English/Spanish bilingual speaker required. Full time; hours depend on clients and are not guaranteed. Approximate city-center pin, not a worksite. Provide ABA therapy in center and/or home settings under BCBA supervision. High school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation and successful onboarding/background checks required. Fully paid training and company-paid RBT certification. Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, optional Saturdays twice monthly.
