Full-time BT/RBT direct-care role at BlueSprig. Employer lists $19-$22/hour for BILLABLE RBT client hours only. This is an employer-listed range, not a guaranteed wage, and it does not apply to BT hours.

- BT billable client hours (after training, before RBT certification): $15/hour
- Non-billable training and admin time: $14/hour
- Lead RBT top rate is $23/hour plus up to $2/hour for tenure; this is not the general range
- $200 bonus in the first paycheck for candidates with an active RBT certification at hire

No ABA experience required. Paid training and company-paid RBT certification. Settings are a mix of center-based and in-home. Availability Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, with optional Saturdays twice per month.
