Provide personalized, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home settings using individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect accurate session data and complete progress notes to document client development.
Collaborate with BCBAs, colleagues, and caregivers to support client goals and maintain consistency across treatment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Willingness to obtain and maintain active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to follow treatment plans, collect data accurately, and work collaboratively with a clinical team.
Competitive pay: $21.00–$25.00 per hour.
